Originally from the Aveyron region in southern France, Cyril Lignac is one of the most popular and best-known culinary faces of France. At the helm of one gourmet restaurant, two Parisian bistros and, most recently, a pastry shop, Cyril also shares his passion via a creative culinary workshop. After [...] honing his craft in his hometown, Cyril Lignac joined the brigade of Alain Passard at Arpège in Paris in 2000. He continued his training with some of the country's best chefs including the Pourcel brothers at Jardin des Sens and at the Maison Blanche. It was at their side that he discovered the pleasure of improvising in the kitchen and affirmed his passion for cooking once and for all.
