Joël Robuchon

Joël Robuchon, named "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" in 1976, "Chef of the Year" in 1987 and "Chef of the Century" in 1990 is the holder of the largest number of Michelin stars in the world. Today, he has 25 stars to his name, including four 3-star restaurants in Las Vegas, Macao, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
