Step 1: Dough

Mix the flour and olive oil in a mixing bowl, then gradually add the water and mix to combine. When the dough begins to be relatively supple, place it on a marble surface, and knead it with the heel of the hand to make it homogenous and even. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic and let sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator. The dough is now ready to be used.
