Chopped Cooked Tomatoes
- 8 large ripe tomatoes
- a pinch salt
- 2 pinches superfine sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Step 1: Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 320˚F (160˚C).
Wash 8 large ripe tomatoes, cand ut out any hard base around the stalk. Halve widthwise.
Squeeze the juice of the tomatoes into a bowl and set aside.
