Ingredients (4 people)
  • 5 cl coconut milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 40 g white chocolate

Instructions

Heat the coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook 45 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the chocolate and stir so that it melts into the mixture. Transfer the spread to a jar and store in the fridge.
