Creamy Garlic Condiment
- 5 cloves fresh garlic
- 3 egg whites
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fromage blanc (fresh white cheese)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- a little salt
Step 1: Creamy Garlic Condiment
Peel the fresh garlic, chop, and put into a blender.
Add the egg whites, lemon juice, and fromage blanc.
Blend slowly, gradually adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil, until you have a smooth cream.
Season with a touch of salt, and transfer into a bowl. Pour a thin film of olive oil over the surface to prevent oxidation.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate, to serve nice and cold.
