Step 1: Prepare the Smoothie Glasses

Place four large glasses into the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Cucumbers

Peel the cucumbers and cut them in quarters. Use a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds. Cut these pieces into cubes, and place them into the blender.
