Einkorn and Bell Pepper Bake

Step 1: Einkorn Wheat

The day before, soak the einkorn wheat in a bowl of cold water. Chill 12 hours.

The next day, peel the peppers and onion and cut into long, thin strips, about 1 x 1/16 inches (4cm x 3 mm) Skin 1 small yellow pepper, 1 small red pepper, 1 small green pepper and 1 white onion and cut into long thin strips (approximately 4 cm x 3 mm).

Peel and mince the garlic.
