- 100 g (3.52 oz) figs
- 100 g (3.52 oz/5 tbsp) simple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) white balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Candy the figs in the syrup – about 8 minutes, depending on their ripeness – until they turn soft and absorb the syrup. Blend the cooked figs to a creamy consistency. Season with the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
