Step 1: Dough
Mix all of the ingredients in a mixer with a pastry hook attachment until the dough is homogenous, giving it a bit of body.
Step 2: Rise
Transfer to a stainless steel salad bowl, cover with a dishcloth and let rise in warm spot away from any drafts, making sure that the temperature does not rise above 82.5°F (28°C).
