Garlic Confit

Ingredients (1 people)
  • 1 head garlic
  • 250 ml (1 cup) olive oil

Instructions

Peel the individual cloves of garlic, put them into a saucepan, and cover with the oil. Heat gently and cook for 3 hours over very low heat. The garlic should be soft but hold its shape and should not brown. Both the garlic and the oil can be used.
