Ingredients (1 people)
- 200 g (7 oz/3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp) ginger vinegar
- 100 g (3.53 oz/1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp) fish stock
- 15 g (0.53 oz/1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 4 g (0.14 oz/1 tbsp plus 1 tsp) agar-agar flakes
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool, process in a blender, and then transfer to a parchment (baking) paper cone.
