It’s easy to make a granola : some oat flakes mixed with dry fruits, spoons of oil and honey. And with a yoghurt, a season’s fresh fruit and cup of tea… you have the perfect healthy break-fast !
- 250g of oat flakes
- 150g of dry fruits (nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts…)
- 5 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- 30g of dry cranberries

Step 1: Preparing the granola
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Crush dry fruits (nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts…).
Warm honey and vegetable oil together.
Pour oat flakes in bowl. Add the blending of dry fruits. Pour honey and oil. Combine all the ingredients.
Step 2: Cooking process
Place granola on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread.
Place a baking in oven during 10 or 15mn and sift/spread when half-cooked. Let refresh.
Step 3: Dressage
Add cranberries and… take it with yoghurt !
