Ingredients
(4 servings)
- 7 ounces mache (200 g)
- 1 green apple
- 1 red apple
- 1 small bunch chives
- 2 tablespoons cucumber and apple condiment
- 1 or 2 tablespoons Greek-style yogurt
- olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Salad
Wash the mache in several changes of water and dry it. Put in a bowl, season with a small splash of olive oil, a little salt and freshly ground black pepper, and toss well.
Wash the apples. Halve and remove the cores, and slice finely with a mandoline. Cut these slices into slivers, and add to the bowl of mache. Mix very gently.
