Pickled Shallot

Ingredients (1 people)
  • 1 medium shallot (about 3cm-1 1/4 inches in diameter)
  • Sherry vinegar

Instructions

Peel the shallot, then cut it into slices 2 mm (1/16 inch thick), keeping them attached at the heart. Put them into the vinegar and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
