- 2 slices country bread
- 1 slice aged cheddar (about 1 ounce, 30 g)
- 1 ounce coleslaw (30 g)
- Savora mustard
- 4 1/2 ounces pastrami (125 g)
Step 1: Assembly
Assemble the sandwich in the following order: bread, mustard, pastrami, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, mustard, bread. Spread butter on the outside of the bread.
Toast the sandwich in a skillet or frying pan for a few minutes on each side, until the bread is golden. Finish cooking in the oven at 320°F (160°C) for a few minutes, until the pastrami is well heated and the cheese is melted. Enjoy.
