Creamy and rich, this rice pudding is a simple yet decadent treat. With only four ingredients, this recipe is impossibly easy to make. The hardest part? Waiting for it to cool!
Pour the milk into a pot. Add the sugar and the split vanilla bean, then bring to a boil.
Add the rice, then reduce the heat.
Cook over a very low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the rice is cooked.
Pour the rice pudding into individual ramekins, and allow to cool before serving.
