Ingredients (1 people)
- 5 g (0.18 oz/1 1/2 tsp) dried orange zest
- 10 g (0.35 oz/4 tsp) ras el hanout
- 5 g( 0.18 oz/3/4 tbsp) curry powder
- 10 g (0.35 oz/1 1/2 tbsp) paprika
Process the dried orange zest to a powder. Combine it with the other spices and strain (sieve) the mixture.
