  • 2 1/4 pounds ripe vine or plum tomatoes (1 kg)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 5 sprigs thyme

Instructions

Blanch and quarter the tomatoes, and remove the seeds. Peel 3 garlic cloves.

Preheat the oven to 215°F (100°C).
