  • 1 lemon (3 required in total for the recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 handful dried fennel stalks
  • 2 glasses white wine
  • 6 sprigs parsley
  • 4 sprigs dill
  • 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • the juice half a lemon
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
