Step 1: Dough

Place the flour in a stainless steel bowl, make a well in the middle and pour in the white wine. Mix gently, adding the wine little by little. When the dough is homogenous and smooth, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours. The dough is ready to be used.
