Fishbone tweezers

Stainless steel instrument used for the ready extraction of fishbones. The edges of the tips are serrated to more readily grasp the bones.

Fish tweezers, used for deboning, are made from stainless steel and can measure between 10 cm and 20 cm.

Once a fillet of sea bream or hake has been deboned, it can be cooked en papillote, or crumbed and cooked until golden in a skillet.
