Gas chargers

Two gas chargers are generally required for a 1-liter siphon. Once the charger has been loaded, you only have to shake the siphon upside down. If the preparation is hot, you can serve it immediately after shaking. For cold preparations, it is recommended that the siphon is refrigerated for at least 2 hours. When the time comes to serve, shake the siphon again upside down.
