Pacojet

Pacojet

Small sorbet-maker and emulsifier which emulsifies liquids enabling the creation of ice creams; sauces; mousses; purées, etc. in small quantities.

A Pacojet is very expensive, so the best alternative is to rent one. It has three functions: a two-blade cutter for chopping different types of food, a four-blade cutter for making forcemeat or fine mousses, and a whipping disk for preparing desserts. It also comes with cutting tongs.

This culinary aid lets you make whipped creams, fruit sorbets, terrines, ground meat or fish for forecemeats, and purees in a matter of seconds.
